TODAY I WAS THINKING

Today in class we were asked to think about what mindful means. I thought that mindful means being thoughtful of other people. Then, later we started to talk about concentration. Dr.Preston gave us time to meditate and let us get our thoughts' sorted out. So we can concentrate on the things we were talking about. It was really nice that we got time to tuck it away or let it be on pause for a moment.
